For these selected listings, the retail unit is a five-ream carton. The five-plus and ten-plus tiers therefore refer to quantities of that selected carton, not loose reams. Five Navigator cartons contain 25 reams and 12500 declared sheets. Buying just one five-ream carton does not by itself qualify for the five-carton price.
Keep the qualifying commitment visible
The observed Navigator tiers were £29.99 inclusive per carton at five-plus and £28.31 at ten-plus, versus £31.19 for one. Steinbeis No.1 showed £23.87 and £21.95 inclusive at the corresponding tiers, versus £25.19 for one. These conditions and dates belong to the exact records, not every Paperstone paper.
Compare total spending and surplus
A lower per-carton tier can still require a larger cash outlay and more storage than the actual job needs. For a hypothetical target of 3000 matching sheets, a five-carton purchase would introduce substantial extra stock. That does not make it wrong for every business, but the extra quantity must be a deliberate decision rather than hidden inside a unit-price saving.
Confirm eligibility at checkout

The stock tool rounds by complete purchase units but does not validate promotions, account terms or stock. For an actual five-carton Navigator quote, check that the supplier still shows the qualifying £29.99 inclusive unit amount before entering it. The calculation can multiply any valid entered quote, but it cannot verify that a discount remains available or that all five cartons can be supplied together.
