No. The inspected Viking product delivery table expresses its mainland threshold as over £89 excluding VAT, not £89 including VAT. A comparison that drops “excluding VAT” changes the condition. The same table shows a below-threshold mainland delivery amount of £5.95 excluding VAT, which must not be presented as an inclusive fee.
Keep destination groups separate
The table separately describes Channel Islands and offshore UK destinations with different amounts and a £150 excluding-VAT threshold. Those conditions are not the same as the mainland offer. We do not infer a destination group from a country label or promise that every UK postcode receives next-day service.
Do not assume the equality case
Its greater-than and less-than signs also leave exact equality outside the simplified display.
