Read the selected carton title
The selected Paperstone Navigator Universal A4 80 gsm record 25486 is a box of five 500-sheet reams, total 2500 sheets. Its observed one-box price is £25.99 excluding VAT or £31.19 including VAT. The unit in our ledger is that complete selected carton;it is not one 500-sheet ream at the same price. The full public product page identifies Paperstone SKU PPR00611 and manufacturer number NAVA480;25486 is its URL record identifier.
Check the maker packaging context
Navigator’s official Universal range lists A4 210 by 297 mm, 500 sheets per ream and five reams per box. It also lists a separate A4 FastPack containing 2500 unwrapped sheets. Equal total sheet counts do not make those packaging formats identical. The selected Paperstone title establishes the wrapped five-ream purchase, not an automatic FastPack substitute.
Keep base and quantity-tier quotes separate
The retailer showed separate quantity tiers:five or more boxes at £24.99/£29.99 and ten or more at £23.59/£28.31, excluding/including VAT. These are box quantities, not five sheets or five individual reams. Our starting price remains the one-box observation unless an actual qualifying quote is deliberately entered.
Do not claim a print trial
Retailer and maker jam-free claims use different displayed percentages and source contexts. We report them as source claims rather than our test results, and do not derive downtime or toner savings. Verify the exact current carton, quantity tier and printer requirements before ordering. Current received packaging and independent paper/content review remain pending.
A purchase case to keep explicit
For a team distributing paper to five rooms, the five-wrapped-ream title may matter independently of the carton total. Confirm that the dispatched format matches it. A photograph of a similar Navigator box or a source page listing FastPack elsewhere does not establish that the selected order has five wrappers.
